This item is correct style used in the 1940 on Many buildings.

You will get one sheet that will cover an  area of 4.25 x 10 inches for a 42.5  square inch  coverage.

This caboose was designed to resemble something you would see in the logging or mining operations. I made it many years ago and have been sitting on my shelf.  I have decided to finally list them and clean up that self, they do not come with trucks. 

Upon measuring them I discovered that the size is not quite 1:20.3 scale but more to the scale of 1:24.  They measure 4 3/4 x 4 1/8 x 4 3/4 and include the Kadee couplers.
